* International Medical Guide for Ships de la Organización Mundial de la
Salud (OMS)
These frameworks guide the medical evaluation of patients and seafarers, the assessment
of fitness to travel and the safe coordination of medical transport.
Each case is evaluated individually to determine the safest and most appropriate conditions
for medical management and medical transfer if necessary.
